Automated intelligent control
Our production line intelligent control system is built upon an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) architecture, integrating PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA data acquisition systems, and edge computing nodes to establish a closed-loop management framework encompassing "Sensing—Analysis—Decision-making—Execution." The system captures over 200 core production line parameters in real-time—such as raw material flow rates, pressing pressures, steam-curing temperatures and humidity levels, and equipment vibration values—enabling comprehensive oversight of production status through a visualized monitoring platform. Furthermore, built-in AI-driven early warning algorithms proactively identify potential equipment malfunctions and process anomalies, thereby effectively preventing unplanned downtime; the data analysis module also leverages historical production data to optimize process parameters.
