In the solution design phase, we tailor our approach to the client's specific capacity requirements and budget, offering various upgrade pathways such as "core equipment replacement," "installation of intelligent systems," and "process parameter optimization." For instance, for an aging production line commissioned by a client in 2015, we implemented upgrades—including the replacement of traditional equipment with intelligent filter presses and the installation of in-line monitoring devices and smart control systems—resulting in a 40% increase in production capacity, a 25% reduction in energy consumption per unit, and a 60% decrease in equipment failure rates.
